DailyWealth – Terms of Service | Lemoa Connect Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DailyWealth application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Lemoa Connect Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and publisher of DailyWealth.

2. Description of the App

DailyWealth is a personal finance management application for Android that allows users to:

Track income, expenses, savings, investments, loans, and financial goals.
Monitor real-time net worth and financial health metrics.
Optionally sign in with a Google account to enable cloud backup and restore of financial data to their own Google Drive storage.

The App is designed as a local-first application. All financial data is stored exclusively on your device unless you explicitly choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature.

3. Google Sign-In and Google Drive Access

        DailyWealth requests access to your Google account solely to enable the optional cloud backup feature. Specifically, the App may request access to Google Drive file or app-specific data scopes solely to save, sync, and restore your manually created financial database backup files to and from your own Google Drive storage. We do not collect, read, access, process, or share any data from your Google account beyond what is strictly required to perform this backup and restore operation. Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers.
    

When you choose to sign in with Google, the following applies:

Authentication is handled entirely by Google's secure OAuth 2.0 infrastructure.
Backup files are stored in your own Google Drive account under your ownership and control.
You may revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions page.
Revoking access will disable the cloud backup feature but will not affect locally stored financial data on your device.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of DailyWealth, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Not use the App to store, process, or transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful financial information.
Maintain the security of your device and Google account credentials.
Be solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of financial data you enter into the App.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into DailyWealth. We do not claim any rights over your personal financial information.

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy for complete information on how the App handles your data.

In summary: your financial data is stored locally on your device. No financial data is ever transmitted to or stored on any servers operated by Lemoa Connect Solutions.

6. No Financial Advice

DailyWealth is a personal finance tracking tool only. Nothing within the App constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, tax recommendations, or legal counsel. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The DailyWealth application, including its name, logo, interface design, source code, and all associated materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Lemoa Connect Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyWealth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemoa Connect Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of financial records, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use DailyWealth.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google services (Google Sign-In and Google Drive) subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

11. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue DailyWealth at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to DailyWealth at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Locally stored data on your device remains accessible until you uninstall the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Lemoa Connect Solutions operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
